PTS stands for Public Test Server.

Its where they test all patches and updates before adding to main game and PTS is more for people who would like to test them.

So unless you want to become tester I suggest you don't even install it so yes you can delete it.

The option to delete this doesn't appear? If that's the case then you may already have it uninstalled.
