If youre talking about weapon skins, its in their respective mods' menu.
If youre talking about clothing pieces you pick up, its in the Appearance tab of your inventory.

Ah, I think that I need to pick the Season Pass items at the "Rewards Claim Vendor". Where do I find him? I am at the first tutorial HQ.

When you reach your main Base of Operation, he will be behind the staircase, behind a small desk in the corner, next to the entrance to the back part of the base that leads to the DLCs.

After using the main entrance, right infront of you are the stairs, you cant miss them ...he is behind those.

Ah, so I am still not at the main Base of Operation? I am still in a tutorial? I am at the Plymouth Rock Safehouse.

Nah, when youll reach it youll know.
Tutorial is at the first small island near the Brooklyn Bridge. Then itll bring you to the city itself to Camp Hudson (something like that) and after a few missions there and there, youll reach the Main Base. Safehouses are just that, safehouses...there are 10-15 all around the city and in the dark zone to restock, sell and stash.

Err, I often use division.zone for info about things in the game. But I never needed anything else so besides that, I cant help you sorry. Its not a hard game to master so I never felt I needed to watch or look for anything special about it.

Oh boy, yea, I played that one for long.
No worries, its another world entirely concerning the learning curve.
You wont need usermade websites to know of the market or how to land your Anaconda or anything like. THe rutorial gives you the basics and really, thats all you need.
The rest comes progressively as you unlock new skills and talent so you wont even be rushed and then itll be up to you to see what youre prefering in terms of type of weapons, skills and "class" (by that I mean what kind of Agent you wanna play as ...Glass Cannon, Tankier, Support etc)

By the way, how do I throw grenades? I select the menu by pressing "G", hover over the grenade type... but I am unable to throw it,

Hit "g", do not leave your Key pressed, just hit it. Your agent will prep it and all you have to do is aim it. Youll see the trajectory and AoE from your HUD and you them "attack" to confirm and throw it.
