how to get famas?

i have been grinding the dz, story misssions, survival, underground, and incursions and i can not seem to get that gun. Any help on how to get it.

It's just a random gun as far as I know. (ie. not named) - so you can pretty much get it anywhere...

Yep, new 256 weapons as well as named weapons and named gear drop in Tier 5,

I got 2 Famas just by doing random daily stuff in PvE.
Its nothing special, just gotta get lucky in your drops.

The weapon fires at 900 RPM but recoils is ♥♥♥♥ hence the talent that comes with it.
Do more damage but dont upgrade stability/aiming or do less but with more bullets actually hitting the target by increasing them.

What I found out to be a good inbetween is to actually keep yourself from putting an extended clip on it as its useless for sustaining fire. I put a high velocity one to increase Critical chance, fire in bursts and just reload with reload bonuses. And lets say that in one burst of this baby, you prolly shoot more bullets in the same time that you would empty your 63 ammo clip of your extended G36.

There's defintely some sort of loot tables going on in 1.5. It si not totally "random". Been in Lex and Lincon 85%ish since 1.5 and have about a dozen great SMGs and LMGs. Have only seen a handful (less than 10) ARs and all have been crap.
