I've been playing a lot these days and decided to stop my leveling process at 19 on one of my characters so I could have some fun and experience in the dark zone lvl 15-19 bracket. At first I couldn't even kill some npcs, but after gearing up full purples and modding and altering my items I was finally able to one shot almost any purple with my hunting rifle.

The problem started when rogues started to appear more often. Nearly invincible, extremely high damage, they melted me in a second. Always a lvl 19 dz 99 rogue.
Most of them were oporturnists, firing from behind while I was busy fighting multiple enemies, but some of them were really just messing with me. They shoot me and run around laughing in the mic and I empty all my ammo on them without even taking 1 health bar, reload, empty again and they keep regenerating. It's like i'm shooting bbs.

So I thought I had a bad gear to survive DZ and checked some tutorials here and there and got myself a few nice weapons like smgs and stuff top of the line to fight back, modded my health to get 35k toughness (this is A LOT at lvl 19) and guess what?

I still get melted in a second without dealing any serious damage. Sometimes I can't even heal. My damage is still good, I can still one shot most of the mobs when I use my sniper rifle, my weapons give me some health back on kill and on crits and I even use a ballistic shield as a "wtf" mode.

Just now some other dude killed me in a split second with what seemed to be an SMG (just heard the prrrt) while I was full health and I came back, stayed behind cover and shot him with my sniper rifle (the same that kill 90% of the purple dudes with a headshot) in the head. I saw his health drop. It was like 5% OF A SINGLE HEALTH BAR! He stayed behind cover to swap weapons on his bag or something and shot me once with his sniper rifle and I was kissing the floor.

Idk man... I think some people are just hacking/glitching/exploiting the game or there must be some way to get higher level gear without leveling up

Yeah, I tried the DZ a couple rimes and don't go in there anymore. I hate GD F king hacker ash holes!

Im wont say there are no cheaters but most times its guys with min maxed gear with builds made for pvp.

Like a ton of crit dmg, specific talents on their weapons, loads of skill haste so they'll melt you pretty easily even at max level and gs256 if your build is not min maxed and built for pvp.

Yes DZ just teems with cheaters and to visit it there is no special sense. The risk has to pay off, and there often all production rolls not picked up and only gold chests gather. The ratio of the price of the objects DZ and income of currency of DZ are in my opinion not balanced. Loot doesn't shine with any outstanding characteristics too. The award for murder of the renegade, doesn't correspond to the made efforts. Many times I observed how they with the maximum counter of a karma ran in a vault, and in several seconds, already were without the status of the renegade. All speak about some abrupt sets for PvP, but never showed them. From there is a conclusion that the game is played unfair, for the "just for lulz". Generally, it is necessary to regret poor people who have so curve hands that they without cheat will be able to kill nobody, and so scanty mind that they can't collect a set, and there is also no bravery to meet in open fight in LS. Don't give up on the game, just don't bother with the DZ. I haven't gone in there for months, and doubt I ever will.
The pve aspect of the game is where its at for me.

lol their not hacking .. you have met a TWINK.. if hes dz 99 at that level he has spent countless hours in their.. by countless i mean hundred of hours,.. his gear has been perfected, all sloted up, with mods, etc.. and 2bh you wont stand a a chane its that simple.. hes a troll, and probably sort of person that wont come in to dz 256 without his mates, so he trolls are you lowbies, knowing that your not a match for him, their plenty out their,

my advice is forget the dz till your lvl 30 and gear score 256.. and geared.. then youll enjoy the experience..

the game has been out for over a year, and gear makes the difference, doesnt matter how good your aim is, if you dont have the stats behind it ..

Your spec has NO any matter in the most cases there. Sure, there can be cheaters (not all of that "gods" but some of them).
But, MUCH more frequent stuff there is lags and packets loss. You can watch some "succesfull" youtubers videos and you would see, like they sometimes meet with running at place men. That's how you are looking from side.
Ubisoft's netcode is total garbage, their servers are pretty weak too, add here a ping from your area and ISP-wars.
Wanna be a succesful PVPer? Choose right ISP (but you would never know good this ISP or bad for your game, because this is not something like speed or price), change your area to get yourself closer to server, buy better PC, choose right spec. Yes, in THIS order.
Th Division is not Battlefield 4 and Ubisoft are not Dice, so this game require all of that ♥♥♥♥, because, as I said before, their netcode and net optimisation are totally garbage.
