Yep - I have this problem too. Don't own the game but wanted to try it for the weekend. Tried port forwarding and it still didn't work :(

I'm getting the same error. I think I read somewhere that perhaps the client is trying to point to a non existent test server. Hope that's not the case because I don't see any way to change it.

If I can't play the game that I paid for, gonna have to ask for a refund.

The error delta c-1-200 means the client is trying to connect to the PTS server which is inactive. I've had the same error and have had zero luck finding a fix for it. Turning firewall off and forwarding ports doesn't help. Don't waste your money on it if you can't play it. Also try everything on this list if you haven't already https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1402016-Connectivity-errors-look-here-first!

I have been hacing this problem. Tried the fixes and no go. It's kind of funny, I have owned the game a long time and when they do the free weekend I can't play.

Well finally i found a way to fixed it myself from this Delta C-1-200 problem. First i change my internet settings from Private Network into Public Network and 2nd im checking my Avast antivirus firewall when i tried to login into the game. The firewall actually already set to allowed for Division so all connection should be okay, but when i check inside the firewall for division settings there is something that probably i missed before. So what i did is enter the rules of the package of the division in avast firewall and i saw "default rules" at block so i change it manually since even i already set the division to be allowed for all connection but the "default rules" still in blocking mode. After that i tried to login the game again and its working fine.
