Encrypted caches contain vanity items .. clothing, colour skins and emotes .. you buy them from the premium vendor who is in the main base, on the same level as survival and last stand. To buy them you need cipher keys or you can buy premium credits with real money. You can earn cipher key fragments which .. i think it's 10 .. then make a cipher key. You earn fragments by farming
