Lvoac has less recoil and its more manageable for most people. But both are pretty good weapons.

IMO those two and lightweight m4 are the best assault rifles in the game.

I personally prefer the lightweight m4 but I use all 3 on my chars. Some with lvoac as primary and others lw m4. Bullfrog I usually run as secondary. Ive several bullfrgs with talents to reset cooldowns, get heal or as pure damage.

I rather prefer the liberator... Since it comes with a set bonus, 3 talent slots and probably the best recoil out of most AR's.

Best ARs are rolled from blueprints, collect them when you see them at the Blueprints Vendor and you will have all max 23% enemy armor damage and damage numbers on all your ARs, buying them from vendors or picking them up can be lucky once in a while but not very often.
Bullfrog can be very good if you use the 3rd permanent weapon talent damage increase and use the steady hands Talent.
