how to get more patches/lfg!

i havent really played since launch,
i have all the expansions

got a level 30 but my gear is teir 1 so far (its been a while)

i was curious how i get the ems patch, since i am an emt in real life and i have the paramedic outfit but not the patch, itd be cool to have the ems patch!

well well well, some patches that looks like you need is behind rogue's killer. so... if you had ask about it, you will never get it.
OR, there is some "mercy sisters icon", but you need a team to heal them up constantly

also, this game has pvp but i am pretty sure the vast majority of it is pve

pvp games are like rust/pubg/ect
and its not even full loot so its pretty casual imo
