how do i restart my game from scratch like everything.

my brother went on my account and completely ruined it for me there are alot of OP guns in the stash and has got alot of apearence stuff and i want to restart the game from scratch so it refreshes everything

or how do i save his profile somewhere else

Delete his save is the only say to start over and that means all of the characters that are avalible on your account.

just make a new charracter and dont touch the stash

if you really want to "start from scratch", I suggest making a new character, put in everything from your character into the stash, and just have that new character sell everything or deconstruct for crafting materials. make sure the older characters are complete, no longer equip with "gear" or give them ♥♥♥♥ gear and sell/deconstruct those on your new character. Now you will have alot of material, or creadits at this point for the new character, which is kinda "OP" but this is leveling so what ever. It wont help you that muchearly on, but in the long run, recaliberation at max level/GS. This helps you more then you realize. The only thing that will still be "on your character" is all the apperal, pheonix credits, and crafting materials.
