How to activate season pass?

I Bought the division gold edition from amazon in DISK form for signafigantly cheaper and got it today. Installed it just fine and when i started up the tutorial it gave me the notifications i OWN the DLC along with in uplay it saying i own all of it. however when i go to activate it in game it asks me for a key and when i enter my key that came in the case it just says its already on my account?

you might have to activate it on uplay, as the game actually is checking there

another thing to try - restart both uplay agent and steam

how are you trying to activate it in game ? the game does this automatically.

the underground DLC is not available till lvl 30+ (or after main missions are finished)
survival DLC isn't available till you unlock the main base.

Yea, im just trying to activate the season pass from the in game menu. When i go into my menu at the store it says i own all of them but i have to activate them/redeem them.

what level are you ? can you access the main base yet ?

Yea i can, im lvl 5 in manhattan

do you know where the terminal is ?

if you walk in the front of the main base, go straight and past the special items vendor and down the stairs (can't remember if this needs to be unlocked first). this is where you will find the underground and survival DLC.

a physical disc will only work on uplay and you would have to enter your season pass on uplay as well.
if you have added the season pass to your steam account then it probably wont work on your uplay account as it will consider the code used.

I don't think you can activate DLC on steam without owning the game on steam. not 100% sure but I remember seeing a post about this.
