Are Search and Destroy Missions Respawning Or Do You Run Out?
Same with the encounters. Do they respawn eventually after completion?

What do you mean? I assume you mean if you go to a safehouse, and get 3 search missions, and complete them, then what happens? Well, nothing. They only respawn when you go activate the search missions again.

The encounters are a one shot deal. You finish them and they disappear from your map.

The S&D missions only pop up when you scan the message board after clearing all of the encounters and side missions in a given area. And after you are done with them, you can do them again if you scan the board again.
