Okay I'm gonna make this short and straight to the point I got level 30 today but the vendor in the tech wing will not spawn any solutions?
(level 30 outside no crates,level 27 inside DZ)

The DZ gear-vendor is in the Security wing, and only if you've made the proper upgrade.

I'm not looking for the DZ Vendor i have him im talking about the Special Gear Vendor in Tech wing

Special Gear Vendor in the techwing has been removed. There's only a vendor near the shooting range and one in the hub (downstairs when you go to the Terminal).
I think it's called the Advanced Gear Vendor, directly to the left at the bottom of the stairs.
The Blueprint Vendor is to the left of the stairs when you go down to the elevator for the Terminal.

They split that vendor into two different vendors and placed them in the terminal (as you enter the base, just walk straight forward through the rooms until you find a staircase leading down, and you're in the terminal).

Thats stupid now i cant find the nice vector blueprint untill the vendor happens to have one in stock

@Rifleman The "nice vector blueprint" was not 256 gear score. Meaning that if you could buy it it would be underpowered... You are 6 months to late! And they removed the vendor because the vendors cluttering the base didnt make any sense, its way more logical set up atm. It´s called positive development. Just forget about the vector blueprint, its ♥♥♥♥♥♥. And yes I have it.
