How to get 400-500k DPS?

Right now I'm stuck at around 270-280k. I do missions, I do HVTs and all the gear set pieces I get just decrease all my stats. Right now I'm using majority Striker pieces. It seems like all the caches, crafting and what not are useless. I either get Gear sets that lower my overall points or useless high end/superior pieces.

I was only able to manage it using an AlphaBridge and mostly with some top-end weapon mods that I had farm over time. Talents on both weapons also need to be damaged focused.

Hi ! use striker for my dps tank build min maxed im sitting at 330k dps on my g36 at around 5k firearms but to achieve 400 500k dps youd have to use a marksman rifle like an mk those go north of 400k but do note the number inflates alot with headshot damage so its not realistic raw damage . 270 280 you have could be improved with min maxing but you have good enough dps .

you must get wrecked alot with 200k toughness lol . pretty sure you get one shotted with that build . talking about pve ofc

If you need numbers just find scar-h and extented magazine. You get with this gun over 500k DPS with 7000 firearms.

easy it is , fair enough but i bet the majority of people playing if they had 200k toughness they would need revivng all the time cause even in lexington farming i see tons of people going down and they have surely more than 200k . anyway glasscanon builds are fun if you know how to play good enough for sure .EDIT* also its a matter of preference of playstyle i like personaly to take a small beating before i go down just as ease of mind to play more relaxed and not paying attention to my health as much and push towards the enemy not sniuping and stay behind lately . Cant wait for 1.6 to give my stack of smgs some facetanking :)

If you die you cant shoot either XD

No, all just high end except alpha knee pads. Vigorous chest, specialised pack, skull gloves, steadfast holster

with 20k stamina dead in one hit to survive something need atleast 400k stamina
im now on 285k dmg and 405k stamina atleast can kill and survive im run with legendary gear skull gloves

my build is. AB 4 piece with 2 striker's. I have 398k dps and 390k toughness. useing famas and light wieght m4. when talents/perks up the dps go's to 650kish and 850k toughness. I solo whatever and can get in decent circle jerks in DZ. basicly any atempt to get more dps with the stat roll on they items I have. Made my toughness to drop under 300k which is way to squishy. If I drop any firearms I loose weapon talents...

you pretty much need either alpha bridge or a semi-auto sniper, which is kind of broken but AB is getting nerfed in 1.6 so 450k dps will probably become harder to get to. But focus on adding whatever weapons your using damage to your gear pieces, pay attention to how much your mods add, as well as boosting your firearms stat

i have 330k dps on my lvoa-c and 330k toughness with 96k skill power
