I meant on your PC.

In all seriousness though, while in-game, press ALT+TAB to jump out and see what your individual volume settings are.

OR, if you have a USB-based headset, check to see if your sound is channelling through that.

I've not had this issue with the Division, but with other Ubisoft titles.. Just trying changing your sample rate..

That's ~~

- Sound -> Playback deviced -> [Whatever your sound system is] -> Properties -> Advanced settings -> Change the settings to whatever works, if it works..

Mine was set to 16bit, 48K Hz DVD, and i had no sound from Splinter Cell, changing it to 16Bit, 48K Hz default fixed such with me

Ok, thanks... but i went to do this and mine is already at 16 bit, 48k Hz.

changing to DVD doesnt help, neither do any of the other options.

i somehow managed to get my headset to work (well more like the speakers in it spontaneously began to work again) and same thing.

all my other games, youtube, media player... really ANYTHING that makes noise works...just not the Division...

Reset all your setting in The Division and if that doesn't work uninstall and then reinstall it. Don't worry Uplay saves your progress in the cloud so you'll still have a saved progress. If it's only happening in The Division then it's something within the game.
