I don't think the ip is universal. If I were you I would try scanning your local terminal and then getting the x-server.sys from there, as you already have admin access.
>connect [FOUND_IP_ADRESS] (not your own one, the second one...)
>cd sys/
>scp x-server.sys
>reboot -i
or try
>connect test
>PortHack
>cd sys/
>scp x-server.sys
>reboot -i
The @test server is a simple server that was used for testing (I guess), it has little to no security and this way can be easily used to restore the interface.
I’ll re–install the game and try doing it again. After 7 years, the game probably changed a bit.
In the end of the game you'll get access to a cheat server...
Since I don't have the game myself I don't know the IP but I have seen LP's of it...
Just google Hacknet cheat...
