Junebug Problems

So I'm loving this game so far but I think I might have run into a bug. I'm doing the Junebug Pacemaker mission and I have the Username and password to gain admin privileges for the pacemaker but the game rejects it everytime. Now, it might be possible that there's more to with quest that I've missed out on, but the .txt file with the information says very clearing that this is what it's for, that is unlocking Port:104. I'm really not sure what to do.

Just saying, that password is not to be used at that login. You probably missed something like: cracking into the server that gives you instructions about the pacemaker and it's firmware

I can't figure out how I'm supposed to upload the new firmware to the pacemaker if I can't crack Port:104

Yeah..that's kind of my issue too. You can't do anything without admin priv.
This game is really fun but sometimes it's just a little too out there for me. I get that obtuse puzzles that test your fundemetal understanding of the systems you're working with is kind of the point of the game and that there's a certain joy that comes from finally figuring it out but some of these later contracts are basically insurmoutable walls for me.

I've gone through all of the contracts areas and scanned everything and triple checked but I cant find out what im doing wrong

Are you sure you've scanned around for everything? Check all the files for any additional IPs you might have missed. There is a program which lets you crack the #104 ports, and you find it during the digging for the Junebug mission.

I've been on Kellis Client Services, Eidolon Soft Production and the medical website ;c

What you need to finish this mission is admin access to the remote controlled life support, tool to hack the port and firmware test cycle DLL file (PacemakerFirmware_Cycle_Test.dll). Access the device and run the firmware test on it (make sure to upload the test file on the server first). All of this you can find on the connected servers full admin is: EAdmin password: tens86 Hope this helps.

The server where the information about the pacemaker is stored is connected to an assets server, so scan it and break in. It contains a program (kbt_somethingorother I use tab to autocomplete titles) which you can use to overload port 104.

I'm not going to bother with black boxing because this thread is already marked as containing spoilers.

ithink its quite ridiculous that the username is password sensitive. took me a while before figuring thát out!

It's a shame they aren't password insensitive so they'd just take any old password.

IP may be different per game, you can go to your mission email and find the IPs through there.

I try to use login: EAdmin pass: tens86 and it won't login
