In which case, I just do these 2 commands, they always make me pass:
replace Security D1cks
replace security d1cks
With "i" instead of 1, obviously.

Maybe i'm misremembering, but doesn't he write "change something i the title" Maybe it bugs out because you replace everything?
Now i have the INDEX as default and only Security replaced with ♥♥♥♥♥, no changed color etc.
I have 10 hours in this game the past 24 hours, i truly love it.. but at this point i am getting confused and sad.
Very odd, though I usually do the command with both Security and security, it's case sensitive so it doesn't replace the same text.
If that still doesn't work then your last course of action is fiddling with the flags in the save game.

Don't know the specific flags, sorry, but you may be able to gleam it from the post I linked to and the data in your save file.
Looking at my flags I'd assume it's either of these you may need:

Did you add that flag to both the save.xml and the save[name.xml] in both the
SteamApps\common\Hacknet\Accounts
and the
\Steam\userdata\27297305\365450\remote
folders?
If so, then there's not much to do, the Dev is at some kind of indie game thingy, and expects to be back Thursday (australia).
What you can do is go on with the game without doing Naix's missions, they are a secret path anyway.

You can try them, or open your save file and search for "/el Message Board" the IP you need will be to the right of that.
Well to my knowledge there isn't any confirmation when you do the missions, so for now just do all missions you find on the board and hopefully you'll progress after that. And you're welcome.
