Help please cannot bypass firewall

Can someone help me? I was doing the 'mail mission' maiden flight and I SSHCracked port 22 but I still cannot PortHack it because of the firewall. What do I do? Nothing seems to be working! (P.S. I use mac operating system.)

Run the analyze command. You will get a bunch of characters. Run it again, and you will find that some of the characters are zeroes. Keep doing this. Eventually, you will end up with a single non-zero character per line. These characters, top to bottom, form the code you need to disable the firewall. If a line has only zeroes, that line's character is a zero.

Now that you have the code, simply write solve, followed by the code, and hit enter.

I typed analyse in the console and it said that it does not reconise the command. Why is that?
