How to attach a file when reply an email

Cannot complete quests which need files...
When reply an email it doesn't let me use commands..

You never need to send a file along with an email. Never. You generally just need to upload it to a server. The address is found in the original mail.

Mission says that some hackers have stolen their infomation and they cannot find all but some of it.
And the origin mail just gives me the ip of the hackers, not of the company.
I download the target file(.zip), but can't find where to upload...

What's the mission called?

Edit: never mind. You're still an Entropy agent so you need to delete the original zip file. Only CSEC has missions that require an upload.
