jailbreak mission

so I'm trying to pass the mission "Jailbreak."
It's a CSEC mission but I don't know how to finish it. I'm up to the part where I need to get into Elanor's phone but I can't find any passwords and hacking into it is impossible since I need something called an "eOS connection manager"
I have been at this for a long while, restraining from asking for help (since I want to experience the game 100%) but this mission has broken me.
