I suggest you move it to somewhere using the mv command, it could be useful later...
You write "ps" find the id number of the tutorial app and then write "kill [id]"
That's the sort of speedrun strat that gives an achievement, but if you're stuck it should help you too.
1. Disconnect from anything first, type
2. Connect to your computer by clicking the green circle on the map below your screen
3. go to your /bin directory
Either by terminal,
View Filesystem --> /bin
4. Type
5. Finish the quest/task by replying (anything) to the email.
Turns out that the tutorial, as I have just discovered, "needs rm *" rather than rm securitytracer.exe.
I assume this is because of the steps previously and that it had not 'taught' the full command prompt yet
