Accidentally deleted a file

So I just accidentally used rm instad of scp on p_SQL_399.gz and I need this file to complete a mission. There are no backup folders for all I know so what do I do? The mission name is Expo Grave

no, you dont need to startover again..
You just need to create new account (finish the tutorial), then connect to the IP which provide that file. SCP to your /home. 25% done.

Quit game,, and do some REAL HACK things.. (FUN starts from here. from where you accidentally do something irreversible. Like accidentally delete important file)

Modify XML local file (my games/hacknet/account/...) (not in remote folder). Open both your XML saved file (old and new account) with XML Editor (find free downloaded one). Copy paste that text file inside XML file from your old to your new account. 75% done !

that´s also a way to mess a save up. if doen wrong you messed that save up too

nonono dude,, copy everything and save on new folder (named original_file),, if something bad happens,, you can copy back everything..
I just want to let you know,,
I'm not saying rubish or lie to you,, I just did it,, a couple of hours ago,, 100% succeed !! And I feelt really HAPPY, FRESH, feeling like real hacker now..

I just want all of you feel the same like I did. Believe me,, it is WORKED 1000% :D :D :D
(you just need to find how to reach 50% done and 100%,, it is just like additional puzzle from me)

No,, you can't do that.. I think it isn't cheating (not to skip the contract, even I could do it XD LoL ).
It is because the loading to last checkpoint isn't working ! I cant get back to my last checkpoint (last saved point).
There is no other way,, the steam cloud always makes me play at the point where Im quit from the game. There is no "LOAD" feature in this game..

the game autosaves and you can create savepoints which are egtting overwritten as soon as a new savepoint is made. if you stuck at a certain point due to not beign able to progress by that we can analyze your savefile to look for issues

It is start when I'm accidentally hit "rm * " inside "order" directory (cfc recipe mission) instead of "log" directory. I miss valuable files, and cannot retrieve it. I dont want to startover my 3Hrs playing because of "LOAD to last checkpoint" feature isn't working.

well...tbh...you don´t need 3hrs to get there......i can get there in less than an hour :o
how often did you played ahcknet? i mean i got 114hrs on Hacknet so i know where to do what
