"give weapon_physconcussion"
without the " "
If you changed the entity name,
(like for example: you wanna change the pistol entity name. It's entity name is 'weapon_pistol' so you might rename to something like 'weapon_pistol9mm')
then replace the 'weapon_physconcussion' part with whatever you named it.
EDIT: oh shiz i didn't know i was talking to someone else.
Then you should see a box with 'Enable Developer Console' so tick it.
Then, press the ` button (which is under your ESC button)
But you CANNOT get the physics concussion gun in HL2. The entity is only in the TE120 folder, not in the one HL2 uses.
Let's say you had two buildings.
One of them has a long-session on something (HL2) and the other has very unique models. (TE120)
But if you went to the (HL2) long-session building and asked for a model (PhysConcussion), they get confused and don't know what you're trying to look for. Same might happen if you asked for a long-session (HL2 campaign) in the other building. (TE120)
Likewise, if you still want to give yourself weapons anywhere at anytime, just use the 'give' command with weapon entity names. (NOTE: some of them might be different from their referred in-game names.)
Or try 'impulse 101'.
