Need Help with Achievements

[Gaming Bro]

Hey, I was hoping to get some tips here on how to get all of the following achievements, since there doesn't seem to be any achievement guides for this game and I'm hoping to go for 100% without resorting to Steam Achievement Manager. Here are the ones I'm struggling with:
New Wave
Creative Differences (I've gone with the maximum funding options for each of the potential backers, but none of them ever wanted to change the title)
Consequence
Good Polly
Sugar Momma (I was able to get Sugar Daddy with the prince guy, but no other seduction opportunities presented themselves afterwards)
Direct Line
Leadership
Like it Hot (I'm not sure how to get the cross-dressing part)

Any and all help would be immensely appreciated.
