More than a little late to the post, but if anyone else needs it, I think you basically want to remake the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Guy in drag, musical, etc. That will probably get you closest to the right track.

Way late to the post but I got it on my first run actually. Went with the Transylvanian village setting kinda like RE8 haha. Horror/fantasy genre. Primary stats were 69-58-59-65 and secondary (pacing-polish-buzz) were 59-37-74. Also 49-51 on movie vs people and pretty much neglected all social interactions in order to make the movie (aside from romance with actor which was cut short for obvious reasons).
