Can't find Old Rosaire Shed Key.

For some reason I can't find the shed key for Old Rosaire's Place. I'm doing a second save file to obtain all the achievements. I know in my original save I had it, but I can't recall how I obtained it.

Couldn't find it either, 13h in game, just finished it - was pretty thorough. I feel this might have been a common problem for players. Out of curiosity, what did i miss?

Mostly extra items and also an empty gas can (in case you missed the first one in another house)
