I'm missing the very last clue in hamilton's part of the journal 3/3

Do you mean the "Hamilton's Murder" section? The last clue on page 3 is story-related and you can't miss it near the end of the game, after a cut scene. I'll keep it vague to avoid a spoiler.

Thank you. That's weird though, I can't go through the wall despite it being down already. It wants me to go to the doctor's but I did there everything (used guide on youtube) and I'm really hopeless :(

You definitely need to go through the ice wall, yes. At the doctor's, I think you'd need to interact with the medical files, wife's photo, and the bloody table (I missed the table somehow the first time I visited). Did you also find the open grave near Lamothe's?

There's an empty grave near Lamothe's property. I think if you follow the wolf prints generally south you'll find it before the fence. Let me know if you need more specifics -- again, I don't want to spoil the story for you!

Found it. Don't know what to do there, can't interact with it...

It's so frustrating, I just don't know what to do, the ice wall told me to go to the doctor's, but I did everything there. Can't progress and since the game is in "dark mode" now, it's even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up for me.

Yes, the dark makes things harder. It's such a short game you could actually restart and be back to where you were in a couple hours. Or not, your choice.

It sounds like the game wants you to have all the pieces in your journal that are necessary for the ending section after the wall. I think you have to take a picture of the grave. Your journal can help you find what's still missing.

At the doctor's office, did you read all the patient files, look at the bloody table, and find the picture of the doctor's wife? I think there's also a document on the bed? If you have everything, then the voiceover should indicate that when you leave the doctor's house.

Do you have the snowmobile?

Beyond that, there are some helpful guides here on Steam that you can use to find anything else missing. I'm not sure what more I can do, though I'm happy to try to help more.
