Second snowmobile ski?

Hey folks. I can't find the second ski for the snowmobile. Got the one in front of the 'house' on the wood shelf, but the other...?

in the garage in the etager on the right

np - where do I find the snowmobile light though? Is it the spark plug? Because I read about a bug where you can't use the spark plug even though it's in your inventory
