Report a translation problem
First of all, thanks for the good words :)
As @Maskedviper stated, if you are indoors, you won't be able to shoot the gun. However, if you are outdoor, I know I encountered a similar issue a few weeks ago that I couldn't shoot unless I zoomed in first (right-click button or LT on a controller). Also, if you were able to shoot before, maybe you ran out of ammo. We will see if we can add some kind of feedback to help players know when they run out of ammo.
There are some mouses on which you can't use both mouse buttons at the same time too, that may be the issue here as well. This is just a theory though, I don't know if you own a mouse like this :P
We will add a key remapper for the keyboard in a patch soon. As for commands, button prompts should appear on the bottom-right corner of the screen. If not, you can enable them in the controls options menu.
Anyway, let me know if it works. If not, we'll investigate further :)
