1. It requires knowledge of a programming language that I don't know.
2. I'm laser focused on my next project called Shadows Peak, so I don't plan to release any update for Gynophobia anytime soon.
3. Even if I did know C++, as a one man team, I need to be very critical about scope and budget of a project. Achievements is a feature that a lot of people doesn't need and it would be unwise for me to spend time on a feature, that majority of people doesn't need.

thx for respond :)
Many people won't touch a game without them and based on what I see posted about this game, I'm not sure even the sale price this goes up on is worth it for what is in the game.
Obviously you're not going to update this game - though you should, either by you, or getting someone who knows how to code Achievements to do it for you - but if you want even those people who sit on the fence with these types of games to even remotely think about buying your next project if it doesn't have them, I'd caution you to either learn, or again, get the help of someone who does. It can literally be the savior of a sale or a complete rejection (or even a buy and immediate refund after beaten within the hour). I know far too many people who won't buy games without them that hunt for smaller games like these to add to their ranks.
Just a suggestion, with no malice attached, even if it may seem that way.
Yep, this is what I hear so often. And I can't really argue with that thinking.
Have you planned to create achievement now?
I'm a bit surprised by the developer's response (I mean even achievement spam games, which are often incredibly low quality, sell thousands of copies... which I'm guilty of buying most of the time) but fair enough I guess. I probably won't buy this game without achievements, personally-speaking.
