Text, meaning and value of Sake card and more info/rules

Hi this quick thread-guide is to explain to new players or inexperienced players or players who simply did not understand the meaning and function of "Chrysanthemum and Sake Cup" card, perhaps one of the strongest and important cards of the game.
It's actually a very simple card to understand and many of the problems in understanding it are due to spelling in the description of it.

The Sake card is a Special card in the game and it has two functionality:

it serves to create the Tsukimizake (Moon and Cup) Yaku and the Hanamizake (Cherry Blossom and Cup) Yaku.
it was born as a Seed card but simultaneously is also a Plain card ( this explains why the card is represented with darker colors when it appears in the row of Kasu cards ).

Its value ( score points ) is always 1, but since is a special card, it is 1 as Seed card and as Plain card, simultaneously !!!
Get this card guarantees a 1 point in both the count of Tane ( Seed ) Yaku, both in Kasu ( Plain ) Yaku, simultaneously !!!

Example: I have 2 card in Tane and 1 in Kasu, play and I take the Sake card. Now I have 3 card in Tane and 2 in Kasu.

...or, I have 4 card in Tane and 3 in Kasu, play and I take the Sake card. Now I have 5 card in Tane ( I made the Tane Yaku, 1pt ) and 4 in Kasu.

...or, I have 1 card in Tane and 9 in Kasu, play and I take the Sake card + a Plain card. Now I have 2 card in Tane and 11 in Kasu ( I made the Kasu Yaku, 1+1 pt ).
