Any way I can get unlimited spending prestige?

Yeah, it's cheating but I always wanted to start the game with legendary officer or 2. Pre 1st mission will often have 1 or 2 available but beyond your budget.

I tried using poke but whenever I tabbed out, the game became unusable and poke couldn't be operated either.

Does anyone know where the save files are? Maybe I can edit them.

I managed to do it by permitting window view and using poke. Strange thing with poke is I couldn't just change one number, I had to change 5 variables at once, normally only 1 is required.
