When I run the game it just says - "Star Trek: Starfleet Command has stopped working" and closes the app.

Ok, apparently needed to change primary driver to "Software" in the sfc config utility. But cannot run fullscreen :( :( :( only way it seems to work is in windowed mode and have it run as a tiny 800x600 box in the top left corner of the screen. Have to squint to see all the tiny little icons :( - wish you could run this in fullscreen.

get the gog version runs great steam has nothign on gog even dos box games run great provided in gog games is dos box buitl in even run dark forces and dark forces 2

This also worked for my windows 8.1. Thanks (ps it runs in full screen, 800x600)

Working in Windows 10 64 bit too. For the windowing thing, I think I checked "Override High DPI Scaling Behaviour" in properties -> compatibility
