Does Star Trek™: Starfleet Academy work on windows 10????

I bought this game not to long ago and it has not been working and I dont know if the game works on Windows 10. Maybe somebody can help me??? :)

I got it to (mostly) work for the custom matches and the first few campaign missions. Then several missions in, the "debug" error boxes started popping up in game, causing the missions to always be a failure. I was able to do a few work-arounds to get those missions to work, but now I can't even get the game to load. Verifying the cache doesn't help, computer restarts don't help, and Steam's link to the publisher's support page is a dead link.
Use caution - this will work for some, but not all. It was a somewhat buggy game when I first played 20 years ago. Those bugs remain, and apparently we've got a few new interoperability ones for some.

mines work like a charm but i was having trouble with star trek star fleet command. Man i wish they release new worlds to steam from i hear that this game is long forgotten.

When I first tried to start the game in Windows 10 it would give me a black screen or a 'not enough disk space' error. If found that I could start it by 1) changing the name of ddraw.dll to DELETED_ddraw.dll (to remove the ddl from use) and 2) setting the sfa.exe compatibility mode to Windows 98 or earlier. I start the game by directly clicking on sfa.exe. Hope that helps.

works for me 3dfx version on nvidia 4060 rtx. would be nice to have a remaster
