Installing a smuggler's hold in v1.9.2

Hi all,
I started playing Transcendence back around 20 years ago when it was still in beta. Enjoyed it then, but got away from it. I recently found it again, and started playing.

Things have changed a lot (better) than when I used to play. My biggest issue is I can't seem to get anyone to install a smuggler's hold. I've found 2, but no one will install them. I've read through all the posts, and no one seems to say HOW to install them, only where to sell illegal stuff.

Any help?

You need to find a Black Market Station or a Black Market Shipyard. At a BM Station you have to buy the hold from them to install it, but a BM shipyard will let you install a smuggler's hold if you are carrying one.
