Yeah if it happens on your turn (as in, you play the card), you get the win.
I guess the only way to actually do it is Blighted Alit with both at 1hp since that happens at the same time.
Best bet might be to try it vs a friend, if you have none in game yet post here for someone and I am sure someone else needing that same title will help you in return for theirs of course.
I got it years ago. I do not remember which card it was, but there is a certain card that allows you either to choose a creature on the field or to summon one from your hand. That particular creature would then have the following ability: you do not lose the game until that creature is destroyed, which allows you to become negative health and still manage to win the game. I hope this helps.
The card I was talking about is most likely to be Vivec. So basically when you have a minimum of one exalted creature in play you cant lose the game, which means your opponent can attack you directly, reach below zero and still be in the game. I did this a while ago so I dont know my exact deck build, but I do highly recommend it as it is really fun to play with.

I achieved it in Versus Arena using a consuming lady in red IIRC. Absolute pure luck. But that's what life's about. Still, it must've really frustrated my opponent. I didn't even have the common decency to apologise before playing her I was so gobsmacked at the luck of my draw.
If you're reading this, mate, please accept a very belated 'Many apologies'.
