Bought Naryu's Challenges Puzzle Pack and done first 4 puzzles: Reward for each and every one of them is 20 Soul Gems... Woah, they're overdoing a bit, don't you think?

In all puzzle set, the first five puzzles reward you with 20 gems each and the last five with one HoM card pack each. Completing a puzzle set also gives you a card back.

I see. Didn't remember about Caius because I played them when I first discovered the game, so I didn't even notice what I got.

You don't do the puzzle packs for the rewards (except the card back), you do it because you like the puzzles (or really want the card back).

Yeah but it doesn't mean that they have to be good either. For 1500 gold you get 5 packs, 100 gems, and a card back (I think I got that all right). You also get the enjoyment of doing the puzzles. The puzzle pack isn't chock full of rewards, but it also doesn't suck.

I guess when you're finished it may not sucks 100% - may. Card packs can be good but, maybe it's just me, they are often quite bad - couple rare or one epic if I'm lucky and 100 gems are really nothing; the card back, on the other end, might be cool, yes.

Anyway, what if someone goes and buy puzzles packs or other stuff with money? I don't remember how much they are exactly, but I think it's 10$... I wouldn't like to be in their shoes.

Just to be clear on this. I waited for 1500 gold just to buy puzzles because I enjoyed Caius very much, so it didn't even cross my mind to check what kind of rewards I'd get before buying.

I was just disappointed in seeing that my first 4 puzzled solved gave me only 20 gems each - I'm still enjoying them though and I'll probably buy the other pack too.

The whole point of them is literally the enjoyment you get from doing the puzzles and if you want the cosmetic card back. The other stuff is just bonus materials, basically. Think of it that way, especially since you're already enjoying the puzzles anyways.

Also, US$10 is a complete rip off for them I'd say. They are find for 1500g but the RL cash price is kind of silly when you compare it to $20 for FotDB or whatever. $10 for all of them would probably be ok though.

10 euros is too much indeed, I have no money issue and am not a cheap greedy dude, but I did not buy them though i do think puzzles are fun, but 20 euros for 6 hours of fun,nope,I pass and spend my money on another game instead.
Bad move, i probably have invested over 100euros so far in tesl and I would not be shy on giving 10 for alll the puzzles, but not 20.

I suggest buying things that you can with gold, with gold. It's usually a better deal, but you just have to farm up the gold first.
