How exactly does this work? I've been watching a stream for about two hours now, and haven't recieved anything.

Yeah, don't bother not doing anything at all and getting a reward for it. How difficult. I have streams on most of the day now, just in the background. Sometimes I mute it and am AFK, othertimes I'm actively watching it. I've gotten 5 drops in 5 days, and actually picked up some tricks and tips while doing so. I'm sure I'd learn more if I paid more attention too.

You do need to be watching TESL streams of course, but also the streamer has to have opted in/turned on drops for them to be available to you.
Most streams that have drops will ention it somewhere either in the title of the stream or in the description.

Maybe what i read was that streamers can opt out (dont know why they would) but i do know that i read that not all streams are drop enabled.

Yeah i read on reddit they could opt out and redditors said that you can get it watching other bethesda titles someone got it on ESO

So for the twitch drops all you have to do is watch any elder scrolls stream where they are enabled and you will randomly get them. Seems like an easy way to farm gold and legendaries/soul gems. What if you have the stream open in multiple tabs, will it still give them both to you (like on multiple accounts linked to one, is that even possible).

There is a 24 hour cooldown, so you can only get one drop per day. Watching multiple streams doesn't affect the chance of getting a drop in any way. I'm pretty sure you can't link multiple twitch accounts to the same bethesda account.
