Best Way TO Spend Gold and Gems?
while it may seem like a new player question, i have quite a bit of time and money invested into this game over the last couple years.

I have 4020 soul gems, and 3200 gold saved up, and with all the new cards and story lines im not sure what the strongest combos are now. whats a good way to spend this stuff. i think i have a nice collection at this point. and usually get to 5 or 6 on the rank scale before i start having problems.

Right now the best value for your gold are the theme decks. Never spend soul gems unless you can finalize making a deck you want to build.

It would help to know what you have already acquired (since you said you spent money.)

I agree with ratedx73 above that theme decks are the best value. However, if you already have a lot of the cards in the theme decks you may want to consider the story lines instead. You will get a decent amount of soul gems from theme decks if you have most of the cards already, but you can't craft the cards you can get from story lines.

I think the best value for Gold is arena. If you are good (even in the arena against AI) and can make up to 7 wins or even complete a run you get a bunch of stuff and even get a refund on the arena ticket. for soul gems i would just invest into cards that you really really want to put in a deck.

It all depends on what you have really, like you should without a doubt use your gold to get the collections of exclusive cards and the campaigns first as in theory you could get all the cards from the theme packs normally. My personal ranking of importance to buy-
1.Fall of the dark brotherhood campaign
2.Return to clockwork city campaign
3. Forgotten hero collection
4. Isles of madness campaign
5. Frostspark collection
6. Prince of madness collection (if I recall the name correctly, actually haven't bothered getting it myself tbh)

As for soul gems that really does just come down to personal preference, but I'd recommend first checking if there was any monthly reward cards you missed out on as soul summoning is the only way to get them
