Hello i'm building an imperial deck 'mid range' ecc i have Tullius and Rikke is it worth to craft the emperor too or not? Because i've seen a lot of comments sayng that he needs a buff, that his stats are low ecc ecc can you help me? Thanks.

If you're using Tullius and Rikke I'd say you're running a Token type deck, so Emprah Titus is pretty bad. I mean, he fits the "theme" but has little to no synergy in the deck, gameplay wise. He's not a great card in the first place, honestly.
