Joining in on the "same" party. Hopefully we can get a solution soon.
I'm having a similar issue. Sometimes the game will load fully, but I'll get a black screen on the deck building screen. Have you tried holding "alt-shift"? For me the game is still running in the background, but the whole screen except the cursor turns black.
Guys I found out how to fix this. When you enter the game try pressing "alt+enter", this will change the game from fullscreen to windowed, doing so changes the screen state (from blackscreen to smthing that's going on on the screen at the moment), while alt+entering try entering settings and change your resolution. (for me it was from 1366x768 to 1360x768 or something). After that your game should work fine!
well the only problem with that is i got this bug and i'm IN "Windowed Mode".

Update: yea no it won't help it just screwed with my screen so again the problem seems to stem from the fact the game will pick up where you left off and because thats where the bug started it means i can't play the game. it will just keep loading the same chunk of data.

I have same problem - before 2 days started...
End now what... ???
same. Have no idea what to do.
Try the following:
  • Make sure the game isn't running, ideally reboot your PC.
  • Open the following path in Windows Explorer: %userprofile%\LocalLow
  • In that path you'll find a sub folder Dire Wolf Digital.
  • Rename the folder or move it to your Recycle Bin. This will only remove/reset temporary files downloaded by the game. Your progress, settings, etc. all stay as-is.
  • Start the game, it will take a bit longer to load. Let it run in background until the folder from above is back and it is about 200 MB in size, even if it's showing the main menu, just wait.
  • Write in this thread whether it helped or not.

Thanks you, very much for your advice.
I tried the way I described, but it did not. The Internet and PCs are on my high level.
This happened when I last updated the GeForceExperience video card drivers.

I think the problem comes from Bethesda launcher - conflict with the new drivers.
Really odd, but with the new clients those instructions are basically obsolete anyway. Are you still getting the black screen? The Steam version of the game doesn't use the Bethesda.net launcher. If you're not playing the Steam version, does the Launcher itself work properly or is the Launcher the black window?
I start game with steam !!!
I tried with two other computers, there I had no problems.
That's why I told you, apparently from the new drivers that have been updated by "GeForceExperience" end after , i have this problem with starter Bethesda launcher maybe.
Once I start the game, only the mouse cursor changes, but the game does not go. Stop it with CTR+ALT+Del.
Now i chek reset the bios.Aftar that i comment agen .
