After completion of the first mission you're forced to do in the tutorial (fighting Tyr) stop. You have to do this quick mission to do this. Don't worry, he only has 8 health.
Don't start the second mission. Once you're about to start it, in the bottom left there's a little social icon. Click that and it will prompt you to create a Bethesda account.
Here, "sign up". It won't actually make you sign up because at the top you have the option to link your steam account to an existing Bethesda account!

i aready see the forum support, but i'm looking for a direct way to contact support. A forum or twiter not apper a safe way to modify something like acc.

You lose access to your in-game progress
