Best Ultimate Weapons?

So I've tried a few of them, which ones are most worth getting and why do you like it so much?

Which class are you? I could list each class' general best but also it depends on your play style.

I have a Str+Vit Centurion (so that's all str and vit), I tend to dislike Lances
Also dex+vit Gekko with a mix of dex and tech, I use cannons because of higher stats but not sure if guns are worth it in the long run
Lastly faith+vit runefolk that I'm thinking about scrapping
No magic character yet

the gekko should proabably go for the war-forged gun
for the centurion i actually would suggest ringabolt's axe (not an ultimate weapon but something that dragonslayer ringabolt has a chance to give you upon interaction)

i generally try and get my gear to be epic tier (purple background) or higher at a minimum

So the warforged gun seems like a pretty terrific weapon, can any other gun even compete?

Haven't been able to get ringabell's axe higher than white so far and working on that hellswath, just have to get the basic sword to 10

well, a few guns can i think. Formahault for mana regen, magma is also basically chaos if 1. ur a gunmage and 2. u are close enough to the enemy to hit them with the fire

Ringabolt gave me a Legendary Axe... On Ironman Mode on a Staff User. RIP.

Sometimes you are lucky, I remember getting Kittycats staff while playing an ironman gunner.

What about Staff and magic users? I got Jungle king for my Runefolk and it's way better than any normal weapon. Damage went from 60 (1/4 of my 240 faith) to 140 or something, also the projectile is way faster and the shape of the projectile is basically a pong paddle.

Never really liked the magic weapons but I'm thinking about trying them next

For Faith + Vit you 100% wanna pull out the sages staff.
Scales 1:1 on vit and 1:4 on faith

Damn, so I made the wrong choice then. The mana cost on projectile kinda put me off, but maybe it was worth it.

Well, all of my above characters met their demise. Grey Enigma boss sure is fun with all that fire damage...

Anyway, starting a magic character next to spice things up. I'm considering skipping magic/vit as class combo and go for something else. But I have a hard time deciding which of the ultimate weapons are worth going for. Any suggestions?

And answering the discussion's topic:
Swords - tbh I think the Ultimate Swords are generally outshined by other weapons in terms of damage and safety. My personal favs tho are Helswath and Trigoddess (and Ruin might be nice for damage mitigation).
Lances - Dragoon.
Guns - Formalhaut for all the mana regen.
Cannons - War-Forged w/ Forsaker's Mask and Atalanta's Eye is most likely the best.
Gauntlet - not a gauntlet user, sorry~
Staff - mhhh, my favourites as a dedicated Arcanist <3
Sage's Staff if you don't want to use chips.
Other than that I adore Seeker of Stars and Doomsayer - even though they might not be as great as other weapons, I still luv em.
