I can't join or host multiplayer games

Sup fellas. What is my problemo:
1) I cannot see/join anyone
When I browse for multiplayer campagn I can only host game, though, I cannot invite anyone to play with me. Screenshot[ibb.co]
2) I cannot invite anyone when I am hosting a game

What I've tried to do:
1)Checking game files
2)Changing my internet connection. I've tried with wifi, ethernet cable and from my usb modem
3)Reinstalled game. Like did a really good deleting first, cleaned all remained files and anything even remotely close to warhammer games, their launcher, saves, cached files, anything I could possibly find and get my hands on, and did a clean install. Nothing. No dice.

So, what can I possibly do here? What is my problem? Maybe it is the game version? I only have TTW - the first game, from 2017, wanted to test multiplayer before grabbing rest of trilogy and found myself in this situation. Any help/advice provided is appreciated

The first screenshot it seems you're in local area only, can't switch to online?
Do you have a friend you were going to test with? Because you're not gonna find random MP campaigns.

Same problem here, the game set in offline mode by default. I'm writing to CA about this

How do you know it's in offline mode?

Hi again. Here’s the problem:
Since 2020, the game was available for free on the Epic Games Store, and it received an update to use Epic Online Services. However, right now, it has stopped working in my location — I can’t even log in or download games from the Epic Games Store. Please update your EGS to the latest version and check this yourself.

Bro what the hell, I don't even have egs. Did it worked for you or nah?

You don’t need epic store installed to install epic online services.

I’m still working on it. Right now, the problem is on my end. I’ve downloaded Epic Online Services along with the game, but you can’t actually check if it’s working without the Epic Games Store. That’s the issue I’m dealing with at the moment.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a fix I found for the issue where the game only launches in offline mode, blocking access to DLCs and online features.

In my case, the problem was caused by using services like Zapret to bypass local restrictions. Turns out these can mess with Epic Online Services (EOS), which the game relies on. After hitting the "switch IP set" option in Zapret, EOS started working again and the game went online properly.

If you’re not using something like Zapret, try toggling similar network tools. It’s basically an issue with your local connection to Epic Games Services.

Also might work for Warhammer 2&3

Хочу поделиться решением, которое помогло мне и ещё одному человеку, столкнувшемуся с тем, что игра запускалась в оффлайн-режиме, из-за чего не отображались DLC и не работали онлайн-функции.

Проблема оказалась связана с использованием Zapret сервисов для обхода блокировок, которые могут мешать работе Epic Online Services. После того как я нажал кнопку "switch IP set", доступ к EOS восстановился, и всё снова заработало. Надеюсь это вам поможет и так же может помочь для Warhammer 2&3
