Goblin Lords?

Now being a right big fan of the orcs, i dont understand if goblin lords giving commands to orcs i can understand goblins. But from my knowledge goblins are seen as inferiors in greenskin society, just wanted to see feedback on this

We see 2 Goblin Lord and both have not orcs units under control - maybe it imposible, or orcs have big morale penalty under goblin lord, or it make imposible underground travel.

In the vidoe malum posted it says that in take an extrodinary goblin to earn the resoect to even lead orcs

Im sure having a Goblin leading a army with orks in it will suffer a penalty in public order (Fightingness) and are less effective.
