What is the gray bar above indivudual units mean?

There is the green bar (health), the gray bar ?, and sometimes the brown (ammo) bar. I cannot figure out what the gray bar is for. I'm sure its obvious to everyone but me lol.

Its stamina/will to fight. If it runs out most unites will try running from the battlefield or if the creature is undead it will start to turn to dust.

Gray bar is Moral bar, Depending on the unit leadership It will drop faster or slower, when the gray bar goes 0, the unit will begin to flee.
