Dwarfs: Public Order

I have captured all settlements of the Silver Road at the begining of my Dwarf Campaign, but now public order drops by 8 points per turn.
What can I do to keep it from droping or better to raise it up again, as I also have a grudge that needs a positive public order of 10?

Keep the beer steins filled up with the hostelry building line. You get +5 for the level 1 pub and +8 for a level 2 pub.

I found that the Public Order issues really ebbed and flowed through the Dwarf campaign - sometimes it was absolutely desperate and other times everyone was throwing confetti and holding hands.

But if a region is about to crack and hit -100 Public order, have a real army in the vicinity as you can then at least deal with the rebels.

What Tohibii suggests is probabl y the best way, but if money or building plots are an issue, the dwarven families tech adds +1 public order for all settlements and the venerate the ancestors edict will add +2.
