combine my lords?

am i able to combine my lords in battle? i have been unsuccesful in doing so thus far... i have two armys and i want to attack as one. please help thanks!

when you mouse over your army you see a coloured ring around it, that is the units area of control, make sure you have your second unit close to the attacking unit before engaging, on the pre battle screen where you can retreat etc both armies should be visable.

Although if your talking about the ambush quest near the start of the imperials, only 1 army can enter that.
