What is a Vampire Crypt or Keep?

Just got a new follower, a treasurer, that supposed to gives me bonus income from local vampire crypts and keeps. But I can't find any building called vampire crypts or keeps. Is there a special conditon to be able to build them, or is that what vampires just call their settlements?

It's a building that you can buy and build in either one or all of your settlements (can't quite remember which)
Highlight all the buildings in the building browser and get the tooltips up to see which one it is , if it's not showing then try your main settlement

I think it requires a tier 4 or higher city, and so has to be made in a region capital

Yes, castle level 4 or higher.
Once you click on each building group, there's a list of what is possible to get, look at them.
There's one building browser at the bottom of the UI, once the province is selected...

In sume, just look it up!
