Report a translation problem
On Amd it is called Frame Rate Target Control:
Just go into the Radeon Menu/Amd Settings ->Games->Global Settings
I capped mine to 48 FPS, because 60 gets too sluggish, when the Framerate drops
If it's an upper limit shouldn't it have no effect on rates below the limit?
When it drops from 60 to 24, you notice it a more than from 48 to 23.
With Vsync you have more of straight FPS Curve.
If you limit, you have to tweak it a little bit...
Im really fine in the Game with everything above 40 FPS.
